Mark Fogarty is a New England based filmmaker, writer and actor.

Mark is the president and co-founder of the Rhode Island Film Collaborative, a non-profit organization created to help build the film Community in Rhode Island.

He has written over Twenty feature-length screenplays as well as several shorts and teaches Screenwriting at Grub Street, a non-profit for writers.
